The full planning and design package will allow you and your fiancée to truly enjoy the engagement period and put your energy into the fun and exciting part of the planning process. Preparation:

  • Service begins immediately upon booking

  • Unlimited planning/vendor meetings

  • Expert consultations and guidance with etiquette and other considerations throughout the planning process

  • Venue scouting

  • A personalized online planning platform for sharing design ideas, tracking budget and the payment schedule, payment reminders, appointment calendar, note-taking

  • Budget advice and management

  • Menu and beverage planning

  • Event design

  • Assist in selecting vendors from only the best and brightest professionals— we will contact vendors to check availability, gather proposals and secure services for vendors fit specifically to your style and budget

  • Facilitate all vendor appointments as an impartial party on your behalf

  • Review all proposals, edits, and negotiate vendor contracts

  • Proofing venue and final contracts before executed

  • Proofing of final invitations and stationery items

  • Ongoing vendor maintenance. We will be the main source of contact for all vendors for all wedding details throughout planning process and will plan closely with your vendors to ensure all aspects of your wedding day will flow seamlessly

  • Coordination of rental and floral orders

  • Guest accommodations/ room block reservations

  • Wedding day transportation management

  • Wedding Stationery – place order for invitations, escort cards, menu cards, and etc.

  • Guest and RSVP management: tracking rsvps (guest count, requests, meals, etc.)

  • Create guest amenities: welcome bags and favors (not including cost of supplies)

  • Discuss ceremony preferences and religious etiquette

  • Assist with ceremony plans and reception layouts. Planner will create electric diagrams 

  • Create a comprehensive Wedding Day Timeline while coordinating all logistical needs, arrival times, and departure times with vendors individually

  • Review BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by the venue/caterer

  • Make final follow-up calls to all vendors to confirm services, collect certificates of insurance, vendor authorization forms, and ensure all vendors are aware of venue policies and are paid and fed according to their contracts (this will be done 2-3 weeks out

  • Supply vendors with contact information for the day of the event, as well as the schedules, layouts, and parking information

  • Coordinate, manage, and troubleshoot leading up to and on your wedding day. We’ll be ready to solve any unexpected situation or emergencies

  • Communication and detail confirmation with your venue and vendors including:

    -      Final floor plan/seating chart/guest count

    -      Menu & meal selections

    -      Rentals

    -      Music selections, music cues, names of those doing speeches

    -      Hair and Makeup timing and schedule

    -      Quantities of flowers, décor setup and delivery

    -      Limo/Transportation pickups and drop offs

    -      Must-have photos and photography locations

  • 3-4 coordinators onsite depending on the number of guests

  • Full Day Wedding day coordination

  • Ceremony Rehearsal

Wedding Day Services:

  • Complete wedding day coordination from set-up to tear down

  • 3-4 coordinators on-site to manage the flow and timing of the entire day

  • Act as a liaison between wedding party, family members, venue and vendors

  • Bridal Emergency Kit

  • Implementation and overseeing of the wedding day schedule/ timeline. Our team will stay in communication with the Banquet Captain throughout the event to relay any timing changes, reminders for vendor meals and keeping the event on track and ensure things are going smoothly 

  • Distribute bouquets and pin flowers on attendants

  • Greet vendors and oversee set-up of ceremony and reception to make sure all commitments are fulfilled

  • Assisting Photographer in rounding up family and bridal party for portraits

  • Set-up and breakdown of day-of details (i.e   guest book, ceremony programs, menus, candles, table numbers, toasting flutes, escort and place card, gifts, wedding favors, etc.)

  • Direct Ushers with program and seating distribution

  • Cue band/DJ and photo and video teams for entrance of processional & Bride’s entrance, and keep them on track with timing and details.

  • Line up and cue wedding party for ceremony

  • Ensure that the marriage license is signed & wedding rings are present

  • Line up and cue Bride, Groom and wedding party for Grand Entrance

  • Assist band or DJ in cueing important events (grand entrance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, dances, etc.)

  • Cue Bride, Groom, and wedding party for all important events

  • Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors

  • Collect and secure all wedding gifts, keepsakes, and personal items at the end of reception

  • Coordinator will not leave the reception until the bride, groom, and all guests have departed safely

** Planning and coordination of Rehearsal Dinner and Post Brunch if desired available for an additional fee.
